The design consists of a ground level 850sf Garage and a 850 SF (heated) 2nd Floor Apartment (ADU: Accessory Dwelling Unit), giving you the ability to maximize your property's value and provide housing for another family member or friend, or low income family. This compact apartment has high 9ft ceilings and windows in every room for a more spacious experience.

We offer (3) options for plans to fit with your timeline and budget:

Viewing Set: 11”x17” PDF of the basic Floor Plans + Elevations for initial price estimates with builder(s). The file will be emailed to you in 1-2 business days.

The Bidding Set: 24" x 36" of the full set of drawings. It will be stamped “not for construction, for bidding purposes only” and be watermarked. This can be used to determine your actual cost with the builder(s). It does not include structural engineered drawings or an architectural stamp.

Construction Set + License to Build: 24”x36” PDF of the full construction set without our watermark + a license agreement to build this design only one time. The file will be emailed to you in 5-7 business days.
